Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Trading Floor. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at legal@thetradingfloor.io.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Returns must be sent to the following address:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at legal@thetradingfloor.io if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and Gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility rules apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
